When appt can be made, care is excellent. 3-4 week lead time for appt is ridiculous. Needed to see GP urgently on podiatrist advice/diabetes took care and on 9th March earliest appt 7th April lady on reception on Friday pre had a district lack of interest and empathy not usual for your team. Unable to attend Monday clinic and called in on 14th, explained situation again and offered appt. The 'front of house' service has improved significantly thank you (with clear exception as stated).

Have to say it is a very well run practice, when I mention to friends who are not with Hereward about the Monday walk in clinic, wow are they jealous.
Only one comment I would like to see is more seating, could have seating ( 4 or 5 )in front of reception facing the TV . couple to the right of reception as Mondays its manic, and ill people struggle to stand for an hour or more. A little thought would go along way.

I have always found the Practice and all the staff to be friendly, helpful and efficient. When I have needed and urgent consultation and no appointments were available either the GP or a Nurse has phoned me and the issue has been resolved.
The Monday 'Walk in' surgery is very useful it would be wonderful if there could be an evening one once a week maybe mid week or at the end of the week. That would be of great help to those who work for whom a Monday walk-in can be quite difficult to arrange with our employers.

We would like to thank Deborah back for changing the packing on my husband's foot, it has healed so much faster and he has returned to work faster than we thought.
